Escale CCA
Cabin crew recruitment

Cabin crew jobs in Europe: flight attendant and steward openings

Every morning, Escale CCA collects the cabin crew positions open directly on the official careers sites of European airlines: flight attendant or steward, cabin manager, and recruitment days. Each offer links to the airline's own posting, where you apply.

Escale CCA is not a recruitment agency and has no link with any of these airlines: always check the conditions on the official posting.

Air France, Transavia France and HOP!

The Air France group recruits its cabin crew in campaigns. Here is where each of its airlines stands, collected every morning from the group's official recruitment feed (offer title and link only).

Before you apply

  • The CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation), a European qualification, is required to work as a flight attendant or steward. Application conditions differ from one airline to the next: read each posting.
  • Fluent English is expected: cabin crew deal with passengers of every nationality.
  • Many airlines recruit during dedicated days (« recruitment day », « open day »): they appear here as « Recruitment day », with the date in the title.

Other official recruitment pages

Air France, Transavia France and HOP! publish their offers in an official feed, from which the list above takes the title and link: it stays empty while the group has no cabin crew campaign open. Some airlines block automated reading of their site or forbid it: French bee, Corsair, Air Caraïbes... cannot appear here. Here is their official recruitment page; for the others, search for « cabin crew » on their careers site.

Prepare for the selection

An open offer usually means a selection in several steps: application, interview, sometimes a group « assessment day ». And, before you can fly, the CCA.

To prepare: the CCA question bank with its ten modules, the AI instructor to revise by chatting, and Selection Coaching (a written mock interview with an AI panel, in beta).

Airlines we follow

Offers come from each airline's own recruitment system, read once a day. An airline whose site did not answer this morning keeps yesterday's offers.
