No cabin crew vacancy was open on 8 October 2026 and the adverts consulted have expired; they vary by base (CCA training possibly available with Volotea in some, swimming 100 m in 2 min 30 s and a driving licence with a car in the Limoges and Ancona adverts in 2026), and the exact order of the selection steps is not detailed.

History
Volotea was founded in 2011 by Carlos Muñoz and Lázaro Ros, former founders of Vueling, and its first flight took place on 5 April 2012, from Venice. It initially operated Boeing 717s, of which it was the last European operator until their retirement in January 2021, before moving to a fleet made up solely of Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. The airline positions itself on small and medium-sized cities, often poorly served, and employs more than 2,000 people according to its careers website.

How does selection work at Volotea?+
The adverts mention a B2-level English test during selection and a personal interview during which salary details are given, with no figure published. A response to an application is announced within two weeks, and the 2024 Nantes advert asked candidates not to reapply within six months of an application, on pain of rejection of their file.
